About the role

We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of MONSOON's marketing and help us scale our visibility, positioning, and business development efforts. If you're passionate about B2B marketing, know how to turn ideas into execution, and enjoy connecting marketing, sales, and business growth activities - this role is for you. Experience in an internationally-operating agency environment is highly appreciated.

Do you fit?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, agency marketing, communications, or a similar role.

  • You have experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and know how to move projects from idea to execution.

  • You understand how different marketing channels contribute to business growth, including content marketing, SEO/GEO, social media, events, PR, lead generation, and ABM.

  • You have proven experience coordinating marketing assets and initiatives such as case studies, webinars, award submissions, presentations, newsletters, reports, or lead magnets.

  • You are comfortable coordinating the work of specialists, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • You have excellent project management and organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with public tenders (przetargi), RFP processes, procurement documentation, or business development support is a strong advantage.

  • You are fluent in English (C1 minimum). German is a plus.

What you'll own

  • Own MONSOON's pipeline generation efforts by identifying, coordinating, and optimizing initiatives that generate qualified business opportunities.

  • Own and coordinate MONSOON's marketing initiatives across content, SEO, social media, awards, events, PR, ABM, and business development activities.

  • Proactively explore and recommend new solutions to grow MONSOON’s visibility and pipeline and identify and test new opportunities.

  • Work closely with founders, sales, and marketing specialists to translate business objectives into marketing plans and measurable initiatives.

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets such as case studies, expert content, webinars, newsletters, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Coordinate and support tender (przetargi) and RFP processes together with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on business objectives.
