Role description: The main responsibility of a Billing Specialist is to accurately prepare and submit client invoices in accordance with contract terms and to meet corporate mailing deadlines. Invoices are submitted to our clients by mail, e-mail or client portal site. Additionally, the Billing Specialist is responsible for reviewing and submitting Oracle contracts within the accounting system and verifying the data is in compliance with the contract billing terms.
