Influencer Marketing Manager
Displate is a globally recognized, design-first e-commerce DTC brand selling premium metal posters to millions of customers worldwide. We operate at scale across the US and Europe, manage a multi-million dollar annual performance budget across Meta, TikTok and Google, collaborate with some of the biggest licensed brands and artists in the world, and offer best-in-class physical product unmatched by competitors.
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own one of Displate's most exciting growth levers: creator partnerships. You'll be the connective tissue between Displate and the global creator world — building the relationships, executing the campaigns, and generating the insights that keep our brand growing across Germany, UK, France, and beyond. Do you fit?
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns in the German market - you know what works there.
A strong existing network in the pop culture, esports, and/or gaming space - you're already in the room.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to close deals and keep partners coming back.

What you'll own
Building and executing impactful influencer marketing strategies across Germany, UK, France, and other emerging markets.
Identifying, vetting, and onboarding new influencers whose values and content align with the Displate brand - knowing who's rising, who's pivoting, and who's the perfect fit before anyone else does.
Maintaining and growing a robust network of influencer relationships across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and niches.
Negotiating and closing deals with influencers and agencies - from scoping creative briefs to agreeing on deliverables and rates.
Owning end-to-end campaign execution: from ideation and briefing through to content delivery, go-live, and post-campaign reporting.
Collaborating with creators to co-develop engaging, authentic content that speaks to their audiences while carrying Displate's voice.
Working with our internal Creative team to ensure campaigns come to life with high-quality, brand-consistent assets.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance rigorously - reach, engagement, conversions, ROI - and translating numbers into a clear narrative for stakeholders.
Delivering data-driven reports and optimization recommendations that continuously improve partnership quality and campaign outcomes.
Staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural nuances in target markets and turning those insights into actionable strategy.
Partnering seamlessly with Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to integrate influencer work into broader brand initiatives.
