Senior Business Analyst [110-130 PLN/h net + VAT B2B]

you have the following skills:

minimum 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects;

experience working with corporate clients in gathering requirements, analyzing and validating ideas in terms of feasibility, and proposing solutions, especially in the banking, finance, and leasing industries;

ability to model processes (UML, BPMN) and create project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases);

ability to monitor the implementation of business assumptions and test implemented solutions;

experience working with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies;

knowledge of techniques and tools supporting the software development process;

ability to prepare project materials enabling effort and cost estimation;

communicative English;

nice to have:

experience in supporting sales activities at the pre-sales stage;

knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and the use of AI in analytical processes;

knowledge of system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions;
