Do you fit?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in financial services.
Strong knowledge of broker-dealer operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence software.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What you'll own
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business performance monitoring.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and process changes.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of new business processes or systems.
Provide recommendations for process optimization based on data-driven analysis.
