The ServiceNow Platform Architect designs and implements ServiceNow solutions to enhance business efficiency for clients in consulting engagements.
Do you fit?
Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
Proficiency in scripting and development using JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
What you'll own
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to client business needs.
Lead the technical implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with existing enterprise systems and applications.
Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
