Digital Asset Custody Operations - Senior Analyst (AVP)

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in securities settlements, with hands-on experience in digital asset settlements or strong product knowledge of digital assets

Proven track record in leading operational teams and managing high-volume, high-value transactions

Deep understanding of blockchain transaction flows, settlement finality and custody infrastructure preferred

Proficiency in reconciliation tools, blockchain explorers and settlement tracking systems preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for operational reporting and analysis

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making

Ability to manage operational risk and maintain control discipline

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Oversee the end-to-end digital asset settlements process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital asset settlements, providing operational guidance and resolving complex transaction issues

Lead and mentor settlement analysts, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, control frameworks, and quality standards

Manage escalations, settlement failures, and process disruptions, implementing root cause analysis and preventive action plans

Maintain comprehensive process documentation, ensuring all records meet audit and compliance requirements

Monitor process metrics and operational dashboards to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, product, risk, and compliance teams, to address operational challenges and system enhancements

Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives, change programs, and special projects

Ensure the team remains up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and evolving blockchain settlement practices

Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the team
