We are looking for a part-time Email Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help us build an outbound email acquisition channel for restaurants across our existing European markets.
We already have sales teams, CRM, lead databases, and marketing infrastructure. Now we want to build email outreach as a systematic internal lead generation channel, not outsource it to an agency.

Do you fit?
3+ years of experience in Email Outreach or Outbound Lead Generation
Experience working with B2B SaaS companies
Proven experience building outbound email systems from scratch
Strong understanding of email deliverability
Experience with domain and mailbox infrastructure
Experience managing large-scale outbound campaigns
What you'll own
Build and manage the email outreach infrastructure, including domains, mailboxes, warm-up processes, and deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Create, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns across Ukrainian market.
Segment target audiences and develop personalized email sequences for different ICPs.
Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, and meeting rates.
Track campaign results, monitor sender reputation, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis.
