Do you fit?
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
4–6 years of professional experience in sales analytics, market analysis, strategy, consulting, or commercial roles within multinational organizations; experience in foodservice, FMCG, or supply chain environments is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, commercially relevant insights
Solid understanding of Sales and Key Account management processes
Commercial instinct and customer-oriented mindset, beyond pure data analysis
Ability to work effectively with and influence stakeholders more senior than oneself, including Global Key Account Managers and senior leaders
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization across functions and countries
High level of autonomy, structured thinking, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
What you'll own
Analyses global and local market data to identify growth opportunities, target customers, and priority customer types across countries and channels
Provides structured market and customer insights to the Global Head of Sales and relevant stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making
Supports the Global Head of Sales in coordinating Global Key Account Managers, ensuring that key process steps (account planning, customer mapping, opportunity pipeline, governance routines) are consistently applied
Monitors progress and execution of Global Key Account management activities, highlighting gaps, risks, and improvement areas
Facilitates collaboration between Global Key Account Managers, countries, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on global customers
Prepares presentations, analyses, and materials for Global Sales reviews, leadership meetings, and customer-related discussions
Engages proactively with countries and internal functions to gather data, validate assumptions, and support execution where needed
