Global Paid Social Team Lead
Displate is one of the fastest growing art platforms in the world. We create high quality metal posters designed by artists and brands and ship them to customers globally.
You've already done the version of this job where you're learning on someone else's budget. This isn't that. We want the person who's scaled eight figures of paid social, knows exactly why most of it gets wasted, and is itching to run the Advantage+/Andromeda-era playbook without a committee in the way.
Here's the part that should actually matter to you: the product is fun.
Displate is metal wall art for people obsessed with the stuff they love — anime, gaming, sports, films, the whole fandom universe, officially licensed and built to look incredible on a wall. You won't be selling mattresses or insurance. You'll be putting Star Wars, the NBA, and a thousand weird niche obsessions in front of the exact people who'd hang them. What you'll own
A $1.5M+/month Meta and TikTok budget across USA, DEU, and mixed markets, yours to deploy efficiently, not just spend.
The strategy and growth roadmap for Paid Social, end to end. You set the direction; you're also in the account.
A team of 4 specialists to lead, sharpen, and grow. Player-coach, you don't get to stop touching the work.
Creative velocity as the real lever. In the Andromeda era the bottleneck isn't targeting, it's feeding the machine. You'll work hand-in-glove with our Performance Creative Strategy team and in-house Creative Studio to ship volume that wins.
A genuine testing culture, incrementality, geo-testing, structured experiments, killing your own darlings when the data says so.
The cross-functional relationships (Analytics, CRO, Engineering) that turn channel ideas into shipped gains.
You'll experiment with where AI tooling makes you and your 4 specialists faster, sharper, and more effective, from creative production to analysis to the boring stuff nobody wants to do.
Scaled Meta to eight figures in e-commerce and can explain ROAS by campaign type and market in your sleep.
Run TikTok as a real performance channel, not a "we should try it" line item.
Hit the wall where creative supply, not media, was capping growth, and built the system to fix it.
Wrangled big product feeds and feed tools (DataFeedWatch or similar) without flinching.
Led people while staying hands-on, and have opinions about how to do both well.
Treated attribution and GA4 with healthy suspicion and know how to measure what's actually incremental.
