About the role
As a part of Group One and Serviceplan Group, TechNest exclusively serves one of the biggest automotive brands in the world.
For that purpose, we built The Marcom Engine.
Do you fit?
Integration of digital functions via Adobe Experience Manager and providing technical support for website defects (i.e. for component issues) - incl. documentation
Ticket coordination in various tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) - retesting issues and enhancing tickets with new findings before redirecting to 2nd/3rd level; or resolving at first point.
Providing ongoing support and deep-dive analysis of defects for the stakeholders (AEM issues, platform issues, other apps issues)
Acting as the main point of contact for various stakeholders
Participating in regular online meetings to assure the fastest possible support experience incl. presenting results of analysis
Continuous process optimization and active contribution to the process creation/adjustment between involved parties (1st, 2nd, 3rd level) – incl. documentation
Regular update of knowledge database together with counter-partner
Some of the tools which our specialists will use daily: Akamai tool, Jira & Confluence, Adobe Analytics (& other analytical tools), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, ServiceNow ITSM, Power BI/Tableau
First-level support experience (or in similar comparable role, with analytical expertise)
Related work experience on AEM framework.
Very good written and spoken English skills. German would be an advantage.
The ability to self-organize work, managing deadlines and tasks in globally distributed teams
Knowing the web developer tools and other supportive tools will be advantageous
Willingness to work in shifts (morning, afternoon).
