About the role
Your responsibilities: - You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. - Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.

Do you fit?
You speak Japanese fluently (C1) and your English on B2 level.
You are positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings.
You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently.
You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
Available to support our clients during night shifts.
Availability to start from: 8th June 2026
